Great training tool
Great training tool. Improves eye hand coordination and hand speed, especially when used with mini paddles. Game seems so much slower and under control when you go back to regulation ball.

Fast hands here I come
I had no idea what a game changer these mini balls were. After practicing with the mini balls you feel like the regular pickleballs are huge slow and you see everything in slowmo. Great product.

training only
The thrive pickleball is good for training as it does feel like it goes faster and improves your hand eye coordination. Each ball is quite small as you can see in the picture. 3 balls probably can fit inside one regular pickleball so I don't know if the pricing is good.Hitting the thrive ball feels like hitting a ping pong ball in the way it bounces off the paddle and how it moves. This isn't something you would use in a real game and more for hand battle practice.

Low quality and expensive
All three balls had plastic shavings on the inside from when the machine punched out the holes. I had to use tweezers to pull them out so that they would stop rattling around! Couldn’t even get one of the balls clean so now it sounds permanently like a baby rattle. Save yourself the money and just buy a pack of wiffle golf balls. Same exact thing, but significantly cheaper AND better quality.

Hard to see color and odd bounce
Product is made from a sturdy plastic. When it bounces up from the court though, its trajectory rarely mimics a pickleball. It takes odd bounces in different directions. Probably works best in volley situations. The dull green color is very hard to see on our courts that are two shades of blue, surrounded by a shade of green. Will definitely go back to a training ball that is softer because the bounce mimics a pickleball better during play.
