The black hair ties used to be 5mm thick and were really excellent. However the last time I re-ordered this same product (Apr 17 2021), I didn't notice they changed the description to 4mm, and the hair ties are significantly less good, they feel much thinner and flimsier, they're of inconsistent diameters, and they get stretched out really easily. They can't hold my hair. Just wanted to add this note here so people know the older great reviews may unfortunately no longer be relevant, unless they bring back the 5mm size.

These are the best hair ties ever. They DON'T break witch makes it easy to get a nice, tight pony. I won't ever go back to regular hair ties.

I was genuinely surprised at how good the hair ties were! First of all, this is a steal 100 hair bands?!! I got 100 because I know how easily hair bands break and I cannot last a week without breaking them all, however, with these hair ties, not a single one has snapped!!! I think the reason for this because it doesn’t have a thick elastic inside it’s just a lot of stretchy but material. It can wrap around my hair three times!!! Another thing is that it DOES NOT stretch out at All like all of my other ties. I 100% recomend these and I would say I would buy them again, but I don’t thing these will ever runout.

I wasn't very impressed with these hair ties. They are supposed to be gentle on hair and not cause breakage but I didn't notice they are better than any other hair tie I've used.

I received the hair ties today... there were 19 not 20, but one was stapled together so make that only 18 usable hair ties.The bag had 7 hair ties with gold designs and 11 black hair ties (not including my stapled one).
