These patches work well but unfortunately they burnt my skin so can no longer use them which is a shame .

They're Okay
I got these for a builder friend who has recently hurt his shoulder. As he works outside or in unheated buildings, he was finding the cold was making the ache worse. These are helping a bit as they give off a warming sensation that lasts for a good six hours. They stick to the skin well, as long as it's clean and dry before applying. He has had to play around with the position as his arms are constantly moving and in certain positions they were coming unstuck at the edges and rolling up. If they work for you, then these are good quality for money as you 100 in a pack.
