Sheila, the Customer Service Rep is awesome and worked with us through this process. Sheila kept contact with us and made sure everything was correct before production. There was nothing at all difficult about the purchase or the installation; easy-peazy! We bought the sample collection (which we will share with friends!) and made the choice of material and color. Following the directions for measurements was simple. We submitted the data and received confirmation back. The blinds were shipped and arrived about 10 days sooner than we expected. The shipment came in two packages--one long tube for the main rack/rod and a smaller box having the hardware and blinds. Everything was packaged very well and arrived intact. The most difficult part of our installation was actually taking down our old beat-up set of cheap blinds.The install of our new blinds was simple and went smoothly. The LANMAO shop personnel did a fabulous job on the production--amazing detail and fit. We are exceedingly happy with LANMAO and with our blinds. See attached photos of our new set.

Lanmao Window was very accommodating in custom cutting head rails. However, the joining process demands extraordinary skill I happened to have because they were not machined with customer in mind and the impact of packaging and transport. Had the company paid more attention in these areas, the potential for outstanding vertical blinds at reasonable cost can be achieved. The long slats were crumpled in packaging. The creases could not recover weeks and months after the installation. Whether they need more time to smooth out the wrinkles, only time can tell.

Love how it made the room look larger. Easier to open and close then the slotted kind. Great store to deal with. Love these blinds
