Very poor packaging, quality and extremely strong smell
The first time they sent the product, it was wrapped in a plastic bag with the fluid spilled all over it. Upon opening the bottle I realized that this bottle doesn't have a seal and it appeared that a quarter of the fluid is already missing. On top of that, the product has an extremely unpleasant smell and after few minutes, can cause a headache for you. Suspecting that this is a returned product being sent again, I requested a replacement. Big mistake. The replacement came with all the same issues and then I realized that all their products are like this and is of extreme poor quality. Returned and got a refund. Will try a different brand next time.

The only reason I am not giving it a 5 is because we have only had it a few days and I do not want to tempt fate.I read the reviews, and one lady said you have to be persistent using it and that is what I am doing, it was a great piece of advice

It works WONDERFUL
I only had to use this 1 day and show my little guy where the litter was and he uses it all the time now. I think it was really good.
