Me and my husband both have big arms and a regular cuff is usually just too tight when taking blood pressure readings. I saw this one and thought I would give it a try. It is easy to use and a perfect fit for both of us. Functions well and quality is good. Readings with this cuff have been accurate and no error messages received. A good choice for this with bigger arms in my opinion.

Cuff was nice and large. Being a conical shape is very nice too (supposed to help with larger arms). I found the fitting adapter to be a smidge loose on my greater goods bp monitor. But it held and didn't leak.

I picked up what I thought was a bargain at the local thrift store of an A&D BP monitor for less than ten bucks. But when I got home I found it had a size SM cuff that didn't fit me. This universal Auqty blood pressure cuff works well for a larger arm. I had to use the 6mm connector for A&D unit - unlike the original connector which kind of has a positive snap feel, this one just jams into the hole.It works without any leak, and to make sure it was measuring accurately, I broke out my manual BP cuff and stethoscope and verified the reading was correct.I gave this cuff a 5 star review, but I think 4.5 is more accurate because it requires some fiddling in the form of tugging in order to put it on, more so than the cuff on my other automatic BP monitor. But if you have a leaking cuff, or need a bigger one than it came with, this is a great option at a reasonable price.

This Extra Large blood pressure arm cuff has 5 connectors that allows you to use it with pretty much every type of current Blood Pressure monitors (we have the CVS one and it fits the connector). I've got a large arm and the cuff that comes with the monitor is a little bit small for me, it still fits, but kind of is really close to the edge of the velcro. This Extra Large cuff is perfect, and also has a large velcro space that lets you use this for people with smaller arms as well (not for small arms though). So it can practically replace the factory cuff that comes with your monitor, unless someone who uses it has small arms.

the velcro part seems really worn rather than brand new so it doest really stick when taking my pressure. the extra adapters are helpful but I ended up not needing them
