Gorgeous book, I have it on display in kitchen as front cover is like a piece of art. Well written and just makes you want to disappear to the coast in a camper van. Love it.

Lovely production. Nice photographs. Some of the recipes are difficult enough. Would have liked a bit more technical detail in some of the chapters.
