Not Worth The Headache
I recently purchased this refurbished Dell laptop from NewJaisa, hoping to get a decent machine at a lower price. Unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. Right out of the box, I noticed issues with the keyboard—backspace key was stuck, making typing a frustrating task. The trackpad was equally problematic, often freezing or not registering clicks accurately, especially when laptop was kept on charging.To make matters worse, the laptop would heat up excessively after just a few minutes of use, making it uncomfortable to use for any extended period. The final straw was the charging cable, which was faulty and failed to charge the laptop consistently.I ended up returning the laptop within days of receiving it. While I understand that refurbished products might have some minor issues, this one was riddled with too many problems to overlook.A big thanks to Amazon Customer Service for refunding my money as the replacement and the technician both were not available.This was my first refurbished product and I would suggest, save yourself the headache and invest in new products.
