Easy to use, easy to clean!

I just started a keto diet and this thing has been so helpful! It's perfect size for one or two people if you want to make no carb tortilla shell pizzas, or mini quiches are a number of other things. It fits in my ninja grill - both my indoor and my outside woodfire. I use it mostly indoors in my ninja grill to bake various things, and it is so easy to clean up. It Cooks evenly and well and it sits flat. I never have to put it in the dishwasher because I can just spray it off. I love that they've made it without a lot of extra grooves and little places for little bits of food crust to get in. It's wonderful!
