This is pretty fun and a big hit. It really needs to be on hardwood floors to do their best. The fan that powers it keeps it hovering slightly off the floor. The kids did kick it a bunch and one stubbed their toe on the plastic part. It would be nice to turn off the sound. It works well enough, but i can tell it may eat through betteries. Its lightweight and small enough that you can take it to a friends house.

Yes, I know it's not a dog toy, but when it's raining and I have 2 very bored herding dogs, it becomes a dog toy. I won't complain about the sturdiness since it's not designed to stand up to 2 crazy shelties. It doesn't move very well on carpet, even a no-pile area rug, but it did work well on the LVP flooring. The outer rim is foam, which, although not the best for dogs since they were getting chunks off pretty immediately, it is nice for bouncing off of furniture without damaging it. My only complaint is that it plays the classic futbol crowd song and there's no way to turn it off. My dogs loved it and it served it's purpose of wearing them out. It did survive a couple of "matches: with them, although I will try to figure out a way to secure what's left of the foam bumper. It is a fun little toy though.

The hover soccer ball itself is fun & works great. It requires 4 batteries (not included) & no little screwdriver to open the battery compartment. It only has 1 setting - on/off. When it's turned on, it lights up, the fan turns on and the music plays (typical soccer chanting/song). I wish it had a separate switch to turn the music on/off per it gets annoying fast. Cheaply made plastic toy but works as intended, just don't drop it or step on it. The packaging has "football" on the front, instead of 'futbol'. It works & is fun but I can't recommend based on the other short comings.

This is working great for my 8 year old that just signed up for soccer. Not only is it fun but it’s also great practice. Holds up against a couple crashes against the wall. This is even great for gifting if you need something unique and still fun!

This is fun for kids and adults, but it definitely works the best on wood or tile floors instead of carpet. The music feature is definitely loud. It hovers above the floor, which is why carpet is not the ideal surface. Kids will definitely love this one, but adults can enjoy it too.

This is a brilliant idea they have basically taken the concept of air hockey and eliminated the need for a table all you need is a smooth surface and a little bit of room and this little hovering soccer ball floats around with just slightest of bumps! Great for those rainy days!

It did not " hover" over my wood floor like I thought it would, did not see any diffrence from on and off. It was fun to play with for a wile. The bumper is made of foam and was easily damaged. The size and weight was good. I would not buy it again for the price.

The media could not be loaded. First off, the "music brings more feel" advertised on the box seems like an excuse for the abosultely idiotic decision to sell this without the ability to turn off the sound, SMH. Would have absolutely loved to be a fly on the wall listening to someone talk about how that was a good idea. Calling it annoying is an understatement. This seems more like something you'd buy for someone that you don't like all that much. lol Or as revenge for a sibling that use to steal your toys or whatnot when you were kids. Like when I got my nephews a drum set...... BAHAHAHA! Those were MY legos Jason! :)Secondly it says it works on carpet but as shown in the vid it clearly doesn't. The lights will be neat for a bit for little kids I suppose but that's pretty much its only redeeming quality. You're better off just getting a normal ball. lol Which doesn't always work out so good indoors with kids but hey if you can tell them not to toss this around you can do the same thing with a ball. The only reason I'm not 1 staring this is because it does in fact still glide decently enough on hard surfaces.
