This should be renamed 'the hospitality bible'
U decided to read this to help me create service training at work but I ended up getting so much more! I've worked in the industry for over 20 year and every lesson I've ever learnt is in this book and with great examples. It's explained in a simple yet inspiring way - if you work in hospitality and want to succeed, read this!!

I hope will see’s this
I tried to message will. Anyways I have worked in restaurants and hotels some I was 16. Earlier as a kid I went to cooking camp instead of normal camp. It’s still not normal I. Ireland for such camps and I don’t think it exists anymore. This book gave life to people who working in hospitality. Whether you had the passions working or the company held a source of passion. You understand the book. I worked kitchen first before front of house. I have since worked a multitude of jobs but F&B is still the longest experience I have. I have changed to front office to blah blah….. this book ensured my note on people in the industry. So many company’s lose good and talented people for their problems not the fault of the individual. Look at what I go by(I am sure it’s not my quote). You can tell someone who comes in for the job. In on time and home on time. The difference is hire people there for a career not a job!! Someone who clocks in and out on time is reliable for time under office “law” shift “law” but they aren’t there to give more or do more to make the company the brand. They are there within their hours, do their work and go home. The extra person who of you check week hours has given, but they have othr things goi g on outside but they give extra it’s a career not a job…….. it’s a talent not a forced outcome. It’s a character not a poorly paid actress. The bigger the company the worse the outcome from my experience

Inspiring action
Sometimes you read something, and it's like opening your eyes to so many possibilities - such with Will's Unreasonable Hospitality. Yes, it made my mouth water at times, but more than that, it inspired me to see where this shift in orientation could make such a difference in many aspects of my work and life. Thanks.

hugely satisfying read
What’s untreatable about making things exceptionally experimental? Everything. But that’s the joy. If you are in business - any business - read this book and take massive action.
