I had a bilateral TMJ replacement years ago and the pain has flared up significantly. Truthfully getting the fit right so it is snug without too snug is a challenge, it just takes adjustment, but it is WELL worth it. Various heat level and timing features all work great.I do wish it came with an adapter for car charger so I could use it more traveling.

I have no idea how I lived without this. I have migraines and TMJ. This heating pad has been a lifesaver! So much more comfy to use than a flat heating pad, and softer. I love hat it has a timer, different levels of heat, and Velcro straps for easy adjustment.

Good product

This IS SUCH a good idea!! I bought this because my TMJ was REALLY acting up. I had a full dislocation soon after I bought this, I had such a bad week with my TMJ the week this came in. It definitely felt good, and was nice to have something specifically made for this! Just gave it 3 stars because while it's awesome in theory and pretty good in real life too, there are a couple things that bring it down, like the heat. The heat doesn't get near hot enough to actually help, the only way it kind of does is if I press it hard against my head and jaw, which isn't possible while I have a fully dislocated jaw. And it also is easy to mess up putting it on because of the way it's made, so i was constantly putting it on wrong. But it does help quite a bit.

I use this for TMJ pain. I’ve had it a few months now and I’ve never had to use on anything other than medium heat. Great buy for me.

The pad is a nice fit. But the heat SUCKS, it barely gets warm. Save your money!! Listen to the reviews.

I have mouth cancer causing extreme jaw pain right under my ear. Before I bought this, every night was sleepless agony, now it's much more comfortable with the heat and timer settings, I can sleep knowing it won't be on all night (they say not to sleep with it on, who are you joking) and now I can sleep again! 5 stars can't recommend enough. I could use one more higher temp option, though. Just a little more heat. That's the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5.
