Deep Fryer Pot with Basket (B0CX94XXHS)Compact, sturdy, good design and very handy to use.The outer pan is very well made, very sturdy, compact and perfect for deep fat frying smaller portions, boiling milk and cooking smaller food items.The inner basket has a detachable handle so can be lowered into the main pan and the handle removed and lid replaced to retain the heat. The handle can then be easily re-attached to remove the basket. The basket has tiny holes and will allow oil and water to drain very efficiently after cooking.A trivet and small pair of metal tongs complete the package.The lid and trivet have some sharp edges so be aware.The fryer and basket worked well together on my test fry of chips, heating up quickly and producing perfect chips for me, draining well and making it so easy to serve with the tongs.I can see this set becoming very useful when cooking smaller portions.
