There is only one
This might sound silly but I mistakenly thought there was two included and now see that two cost £17.99. It is very large in size but its better for quickly putting under my knee than the current one I use in class. Smaller ones are fiddly and you lose the flow of the movement. Hopefully this will be better.

Wasn't helpful for me
The idea of these seemed good, but the reality is that the edges around the softer centre is hard so they dig into my knees, which is hardly the point of them. Plus, they don't feel very stable. I haven't used them for a while now and relegated them to be used in the garden maybe. I have since used foam pads instead, which has suited me far better.

They work, but why so expensive?
I only dock a star because of the expense of the item. I was fortunate enough to get them at the sale price of £12.50 but for a pair they currently retail at nearer £20 and I feel that is a touch extortionate for what they are. That said, they make a radical improvement in comfort to exercises where ones knees take the burden of ones weight against the stone floor. And they are much more portable than a yoga mat. An essential item for those who carry a backpack and like to do impromptu yoga exercises in the kitchen on their break at work.Unfortunately there is little they can do to repair the peculiar reputation one gets from aforementioned exercises.

ok knee pad for yoga
I have another knee pad for yoga, got this one for my partner. It is much stiffer than my other one. Also having a specific round spot for the knee makes it harder to use as during a yoga class, you can't focus on precision. You need something forgiving to put the knee on. Delivery etc was good. Neat product with neat colour. But I am not pleased with it in terms of use. Unnecessarily over engineered.

Great. Good for the knees/elbow and ...
These are great to help the knees or elbows/arms when doing a plank. But I also kepted them because I have a sturdy carpet and apparently they glide well there. On the wooden floor they will stay fix but on the carpet they glide and this is a plus to me. x2 exercices with 1 item. Happy times!

Lifesaver for damaged knee
I severely damaged the nerves in a knee a few years back and it's never been the same, this is brilliant to soften the weight when kneeling down on it. I use it for usual HIIT workouts, as well as stretching and yoga. Would recommend.

this is cute and useful too
ridiculous to spend a tenner on a bit of rubber foam ...but like I say it is cute and does what it is intended for, also good for cushioning headstands for those with knobbly, bumpy heads ...like mine.
