I wear it when I walk the dog or go out shopping. I have an old ACL injury and need the stability and this helps!! I don’t feel like my knee is going to give out and helps ease the pain. It does take some time figuring out the best adjustment when putting it on. I put it on sitting down and readjust when I stand up. The only downfall is how hot and sweaty your leg gets after using it. But worth the comfort it provides

Injured my right knee 3 times in the space of 7 weeks at work...this helped me to protect my knee while working and helped remind me of taking it slow and easy...the only thing I recommend people do is to use a liner to prevent skin abrasions from the natural movements while wearing even when I used it over my pant leg I still sustained a few abrasions from just the securing of the brace. Also make sure you air it out for at least 12 hrs before using again especially if you're not having a liner/barrier over your skin...keeps it from developing an odor

Other than getting used to needing to wear a brace, this works as designed. Having one part of a knee replacement coming loose, I needed something to stabilize the knee and minimize movement in the loose device. So far this is doing the trick.

Ordered this to wear when working out and playing tennis, to provide more stability for my aging knee. It definitely provides quite a bit of stability, but it comes at the cost of limiting my range of motion. Worked great for certain exercises and movements, including jogging, jumping rope, and box jumps. But, it didn't work well for me when trying to do squats, and it wasn't comfortable while playing tennis. Could just be my individual fit but I won't be wearing it for tennis again. It's a very high quality brace and definitely kept my knee from bending off-axis. As long as it fits you well and you're okay with the limited range of motion, then this is a great brace.

I've ordered several knee braces over the last few months trying to find one that's comfortable also sturdy. This is both. It doesn't bunch up behind the knee. It stays up well and braces my knee the way I need it to.
