Big, soft and useful!
My 4 year old adores this seatbelt cushion. It’s huge (much bigger than I was expecting!) but that’s a good thing as it means that if she falls asleep in the car and her head tipa forward, she has some cushioning (before I can reach back to push her head back up. We use it with a car seat but I imagine it would also work well (maybe even better) without a car seat (Although kids by that age may be over Disney princesses). All in all, a good buy and useful comfort for long car journeys. I really like the fact that the cushion pad comes out so that you can wash the cover easily in the washing machine without the cushion pad getting ruined / misshapen.

Too heavy and bulky, the seat belt didn't sit right and it didn't look safe.

Quite bulky but we'll padded to be used as a pillow
I hadn't realised it was a pillow one which was totally my error. It is great in the sense that it's got a good amount of padding so can be used as a pillow for travelling. It didn't work that well for my little girl as it was too bulky... However she loves the design and we keep it in the car for our travels so I'm sure it will come in handy :-)
