I didn’t even know what I wasn’t seeing until I got this light to do my nails! It is very bright has multiple settings….just which it came with a carrying case that actually holds the light. That is my only complaint. I like to put it away after use (home nail use…not a professional) but the lamp does not fit in the case even with the legs off. So the carrying case they provide is useless if you are a nail tech that doesn’t need to put this away then you will have no problem. Overall I really like the light.

Absolutely loved this purchase. Very worth it. Easy set up. Comes with carrying case. Also comes with phone holder for recording if needed. Has several settings for lighting of your choice. Super easy to use!

The TopDirect Half Moon Light gets a lot of use in my household. I recently discovered how handy they are for working on small projects; the soft anisotropic light eliminates shadows and glare effectively. I had a smaller light which was nice, but I needed something just a little bigger. The light is very, very bright (and can be adjusted at will) and having multiple color temperatures is nice. On full brightness and neutral light, there's a sort of annoying whine that comes out of the wall charger, but since my outlets are right in front of me on my bench it's much closer than other users might experience.I also love the fact that it can fold up to take less space or easily transport it around the house. It's a bit on the pricey side, but this is a high-quality, bright, and portable lamp that is perfect for my needs.

Great light for nails

I use this lamp in my hobby of painting wargaming miniatures and scale models. It's always a challenge to get enough light directly over the area your painting, and I've tried all manner of folding/telescoping lights, and this is the best solution I've tried yet. It's well made and wide enough that I can get both arms completely under the arch while I'm painting and not knock into the sides. It's gets really bright and the selectable color temperatures are a nice feature. The only thing I couldn't quite figure out was how to attach the phone holder, but I went back to the pics on the product page and was able to figure it out. Overall I'm really pleased with the difference this has made in my hobby area.
