7-inch Small Shrimp and Dip Platter, Brown/Multi

The small platter I chose arrived and I was astounded by the quality and gorgeous design. Wish I had gotten this before Christmas, I will definitely be giving more of these as Christmas gifts next holiday!

This is a really pretty piece and matches our dinnerware, but really cannot be used for Shrimp appetizer as it is too small .. I should have ordered the bigger one.

This is a lovely, well thought out and the ceramic design is creative. BUT... I was totally shocked and embarrassed to see the bowl (a gift for a friend's bday) at their home. It's SO small! Almost doll house sized when you consider what a chip and dip bowl size is normally. Additionally, the price was indicative of a larger piece. The photo inadequatelydepicts it as a bigger piece. It's a 5" circle that reminds me of an oversize ashtray. So you now have an idea, right? It has this super small dip bowl attached it at the indented side which further reduces the fixed visual. Bowl's size is too small. Great colors, nicely made, quality product BUT TOO SMALL. Personally, I regret sending it. Quick price comment. Cost is closer to a big bowl cost and that's just not right. Recommend you think before buying for personal use or a gift. Suggest the designer make a bigger option and describe this as being the size of a larger ashtray.
