Hands' Best Friend
Warm, waterproof and windproof. They take some getting used to as they have a silky built-in liner that makes it feel like your hand is floating inside a glove inside a glove, but it doesn't really affect grip. Speaking of grip, the rubber coating on the fingers and palms is gecko-like excellent without being tacky and none of it has any sign of peeling away or breaking down after a few weeks of use. Sizing was true.I've used them skidooing and quad biking through rain, mud, snow and wind and - even though they call them "liners" - they didn't need anything over or under them to keep my digits cosy. Good stuff.

Not waterproof
Unfortunately not waterproof in sustained downpours: used these while walking in the Lakes.... it rained consistently for the whole walk of 3 hours or so and these were soaked through. The outer is very absorbent and acts like a sponge, I was able to literally wring them out. Not great and the search for decent waterproof gloves continues....

Impossible to do anything whilst wearing them
I wanted a pair of warm waterproof gloves, just to wear out and about. These kept my hands nice and dry, but it was impossible to do anything whilst wearing them. They also made my hands quite clammy, so if I did take them off, it was almost impossible to get them back on, as my skin wouldn't slip against the polyester fabric.

Decent
While yes the gloves are waterproof I'm regular conditions like walking the dog. They are not suitable for handling equipment in the rain or mud as the gloves absorb the water gradually. So if you are doing the latter I would suggest something else. For the price the gloves are very good.
