I liked this watch very much because it has multiple features such as phone call, tracking multiple sports activities, heart rate measurements, weather and so on. Most importantly, the battery power last really long. I highly recommend this product.

Everything is pretty straight forward and works extremely well except when it comes to syncing my contacts. Didn't realize I couldn't sync my entire phone book but rather only 8 contacts. Ok, not a huge deal except when I go in to do that not all of the contacts from my phone, some I use often and even some of the contacts that do show up don't even have all the numbers for that contact, thus making the contact feature kind of useless. Tried to troubleshoot the issue for a few hours and had zero luck.

I was originally just lookin for something to help me monitor my heart rate.Seeing that it was on sale, and some of the other watches i was looking at didn’t have a BP monitoring feature.I have PoTs (Postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome), the BP feature would help me immensely!NAH.BP reader is WAY off my blood pressure runs low, this is constantly reading me at like 130/70 BP. I typically run 100/60 BP according to my cuff. So the BP reading feature is useless.I even emailed customer service to no avail, about the issue and haven’t had a response.Pros:It answered my phone for me before my surgery the other day and i didnt have to turn around. Which was nice lol.The HR seems spot on.It monitors your sleep, not as good as an oura ring or something but. The app is free. I did however notice the app needs to be open all the time….But its not a bad watch im just bummed the BP feature is useless on my watch, i think it works ok on my husbands watch but my watch its useless :(****I am editing this review for the interaction i have had with the customer service during the duration I have had these watches****I have seen this watch go down by 50% !!! in price!!I have also noticed these watches measurements are terribly off my oura ring would say i had slept 5 hours and the watch will say 11??? what??I was told by customer service whatever that is at this point i really don't knowm i understand I am not the only one reaching out however it shouldn't take over a week to get back to me if the issue will be resolved or trouble shot.."da fit" also takes a huge drain on the battery and needs to constantly be in sync with the phone.*update 2*After waiting a week in a half for their warranty team i discovered that their, Customer service is a joke. If you have gotten this far consider my review a warning. I have returned both watches before my return window ended.

This item is good if what you want is a smart watch but I was looking for something for activity tracking mainly and the other features were merely incidental. There are two things that annoy me about this watch; one is the fact that you cannot lock in your preference for the watch face. I sometimes sit with my hand in my lap and if I accidentally press the watch in my lap against my leg, I suddenly find the watch face has changed. And two, no matter how many times I turn the phone off on the watch I find it has automatically reconnected to my phone and when it does that in the middle of a call, the call disconnects.

This watch constantly turned itself on with any wrist movement and I mean any movement. I was doing the dishes and next thing I hear a voice from nowhere. The watch somehow called the last person I am spoken to. I cannot have a watch calling people when not intended. Turned the watch off, unpaired from my phone and put into the trash.
