Good quality for the price, use a drill for faster assembly with the wood screws.
Good quality for the price, and easy to put together if you have a drill or impact driver. It took me 4 hours to put this dresser together, but that was mostly in part to having an impact driver. The issue you will run into when putting this together will be the time it takes to put in some of these wood screws, there are a lot. That being said, the quality isn’t going to be top tier, but you shouldn’t expect more for the price. The color and stain is beautiful, I would also be careful about how your screwing things in, especially the feet. I did have one split on me, but was able to fix that by driving the screw in from the opposite side and making that leg a different part of the dresser.Overall it took me 4 hours to assemble. For a piece that would cost over $1000 at West Elm for a similar style, you’re getting a good deal. It’s solid wood, even if it is Pine, I would say it is better than manufactured wood.

It's a good quality piece of flat pack furniture, ya'll!
We bought this six-drawer dresser for our son's nursery and we're pretty happy with it! We scoured the internet for a dresser that was both affordable and good quality, and after reading TONS of reviews we decided to take a chance on this one. Since the previous reviews are what helped us decide, I'm going to address some points that tanked the reviews on this product.-ease of assembly: ya'll...it's flat pack furniture. It's going to be an absolute pain and take forever to assemble. My husband is not a naturally handy guy but he is patient and has assembled flat pack before. It took him about 3 1/2 hours to put together on his own. The pieces are all very well labeled and if you sort them before hand, it will be SO much easier. You also have to pay SUPER close attention to the small details on the drawings (which side the screw holes are on, which side the little ledge is on, etc), but they are there!-pre-drilled holes: on the 6-drawer dresser, there are pre-drilled holes that you just drill the screws or tap the pegs into. My husband used a hammer to gently tap the pegs into their holes (which all fit fine) with a dab of wood glue on the tops. The only step that did NOT have pre-existing holes was when you use the small framing nails to nail the two backing pieces to the dresser frame. Pretty straightforward, not a big deal.-quality: it's on the cheaper side of what I would want to pay over $300 for, so definitely get it on sale (which it frequently goes on). Overall though, I'm very happy with the look and the quality for what we paid- it's a very handsome dresser! My only issue with it is the drawer pull edges seem like they will chip with a lot of use.-drawer smoothness: the drawers pull out smoothly with no issues! My two-year-old daughter can do it with little effort. The instructions say that if there are any drawer issues, you can use wax to prime the drawer sliders.-tools: My husband used an electric drill on the lowest setting so that it wouldn't split the wood when he was trying to get the screws in tight. He used a hand screwdriver on just a few pieces. The ketchup packet of wood glue they include was WAY enough to use as the directions stated. If you need to come back to the assembly project, just use a chip clip to keep the glue fresh. We emptied half of the packet onto a paper plate and dipped the ends of the pegs into it before sticking them in their holes and still had enough left over to complete the rest of the project with excess still on the plate.-functionality: Like I said, we used this for our son's nursery. If that's your plan, know that a standard foam changing pad LITERALLY JUST fits width-wise on the top of the dresser. It's a bit more narrow than I would have liked for a main dresser, but it still fits everything we need it to. I think this dresser is best suited for areas of the house that you're not going to use a whole lot...like as an entry way or a buffet cabinet, etc. I'm a little suspicious that it won't hold up as nicely as I want it to as a nursery dresser that will be VERY heavily used for diaper changes, storage, and the like multiple times a day. We'll see though!Overall, if you love the look of the dresser and you want something that's a good balance of quality for the price AND made of real wood, this is your piece! If you've never assembled flat pack before, this probably isn't the piece you want to start with!

Just what I wanted
I would highly recommend this product! It is extremely sturdy, and it only took my husband and I 2 hours to put it together. The only drawback was that we hand screwed everything to prevent the wood from splitting because we were afraid the power screwdriver would damage it. I also like that there are no metal sliding mechanisms for the drawers (which I've had trouble in the past with other dressers), everything is solid wood. Our 65" tv fits perfectly on top and the drawers are pretty roomy. It is perfect for our bedroom, and I would buy it again!

Don't Do It
Do not buy this. I'm not kidding. I'll get into more detail but if all you read is the first few lines of this review, please let it convince you to not buy this. If you decide to buy it anyway, make SURE you have an electric drill and about 4 hours with nothing to do.Here is how assembling this piece of garbage went:-Started off not great. There are a ton of pieces and they aren't super well made so the little dowls will either not fit in or fall right out.-30 minutes in - I hate all my life choices. I have found that there are NO PILOT HOLES in any of these pieces which means I was HAND DRILLING these suckers in with my screwdriver.-1hr in - I have started drinking. I seriously consider going and buying a drill but I carry on. My hand is on fire from the screwdriver.-2hrs in - I truly realize what a piece of junk this thing is. Nothing fits *quite* right together. I was a Lego kid growing up and the way nothing actually lines up or sits properly is killing my soul. My hand is still on fire.-3hrs in - I am putting the drawers together and am getting viscerally angry. The drawers don't have tracks, just wood pieces to guide them and THEY DON'T FIT RIGHT. So I have one drawer that I literally cannot open once it's closed. WHY DOES NOTHING FIT TOGETHER PROPERLY. I had to take a break to ice my hand.-4hrs in - I finish it. I seriously consider lighting it on fire. It wobbles and I can't figure out how to make it stable. The drawers scrape as they open and close (well 5 scrape, 1 still doesn't open). The quality of the material is so crap that I've somehow dented the top. I hate everything and everyone. Thanks for going on that journey with me. it was cathartic. Please know that this thing is definitely not worth $300 and 4 hours of your day. I wish I had just driven the couple hours to Ikea and got something quality for half the price. I still might burn this thing to the ground out of spite. I'll keep you updated.
