It fits comfortably. I like the fact that I can adjust the weight. Some days I just can’t walk around with all 20 lbs. My stability has improved and I am building muscles.

Great buy. Can remove weights as needed. 10 lbs minimum remain in vest. Front cross style is perfect for women. Makes it much more comfortable to wear. Side slide adjusters also easily to fit or loosen to remove. You put it on over your head, have to remove glasses but that’s not really a problem. I like the fit and the look as well.

I have some mild sensory issues so I was worried that this would trigger them. I've been pleasantly surprised to find that this is incredibly comfortable to wear, despite being very heavy. I wore it for 20 minutes on a 80°F morning and honestly barely noticed it. It feels very well made.A few cons:The weights are a bit hard to get back into the slots. I foresee thr elastic dry rotting in the next few years.The other con is that shoulders straps are not adjustable. I'm a broad shouldered woman but should any slim shouldered people give this a go, they may find the straps irritating as they likely will slide off.

The media could not be loaded. I like the fact that I can begin with a manageable weight and progressively raise it as my strength improves. This is like having a little gym that expands along with you. When I initially put it on, I had the sensation of being a character from a science fiction movie, and I mean that in a positive manner! A fairly nice design can be seen on the vest. A vast surface area allows it to distribute the weight evenly over your body, which is a significant benefit. I have worn it for a wide variety of exercises, ranging from push-ups and squats to running around the neighborhood, and it has remained in place without bouncing or changing too much. During early morning or nighttime jogs, the luminous strip is a lovely addition to have since, after all, safety comes first, right? The cloth has a sturdy feel to it, and the stitching has been holding up nicely up to this point. This vest has been through several sweating workouts, but it has not exhibited any indications of wear or tear as a result of my involvement. I just wish that it came with instructions on how to properly care for it. As a result of my reluctance to put it in the washing machine, I have been cleaning it by wiping it down after each use, which is not the best practice.

Read a ton of reviews for different brands, looking for a good vest to use for long walks. There are a lot of vests out there for men. This one is a great option for women. Fits well. Fabric is comfortable. Love the pockets to adjust the weight.

I was looking for something to kick up my dog walks a bit now that I’m not pushing a heavy stroller anymore. This fits the bill perfectly! It’s comfortable to wear and adds the little bit of punch to my walks and hikes that I was looking for.

It fits well on both my husband and myself. It has some chemical smell from the chest area that makes me feel sick. I hope the smell goes away in a couple of days. Otherwise it’s comfortable to wear, and I like that I can adjust the weight.
