Scam, says it’s grown in the UK when it’s grown in China
Says in the info that the mushrooms are grown in a sterile environment and I’m quite certain when I read it said that it was done in London but I now can’t find that info. But in the image it says “Origin: United Kingdom” so they are obviously spinning a story here of made in the UK. I had returned a previous item from another seller because it was from China. Lion’s Mane grown in China due to the massive quantities of air pollution has been shown to contain large quantities of lead (4000ppm) and other toxic metals and carcinogens. So when my bag arrives and I look on the back and it says “Origin China” I’m obviously outraged as i was lead to believe otherwise and thought that was the explanation for the high price. But no they’re liars and scammers. On their website it says grown on a sterile substrate. Very sneaky of them as there is no mention about the environment. Doesn’t matter how sterile your substrate is when the oxygen the mycelium breathes is filled with garbage. DO NOT BUY
