This is an amazing product! I spent about 2 months of research about eczema (atopic dermatitis) and I have tried many creams on my 5 months old baby. I managed to get rid of the patches all over his body with moisturisers but I've been struggling to cure the patches on his face. Red and itchy skin, especially on his cheeks, he was getting worse. I heard about Skinanim from a facebook group of moms of babies with eczema, everyone was talking about it as a miracle and despite the price, I decided to give it a try and results came in couple of days- a clear face and my son's skin is so soft... Absolutely fantastic! Would recommend this to people who haven't tried steroids yet, but have tried almost everything else.

This item was better/stronger when I first bought it (this is my third time). It seems weaker because I have to use a lot more to get the same effect as previously. However, it is the only cream I have ever had ( in 30 years of suffering from psoriasis) that 'controls' the unsightly red, scaly patches.

This is an excellent product!!
This should have been prescribed by the doctors rather than steroid cremes. I am using it for 4 years to keep ekzema form returning.

Fantastic product, the difference in a couple of days we have been battling eczema for 6 months on my 9 month old she is now steroid free and her skin is fantastic patches of eczema have gone. No nastys I couldn’t recommend this enough I have tried all the so called miracle creams but this one actually works

My son had very bad eczema for over 4 months
This product is a miracle. My son had very bad eczema for over 4 months. He started it when he was 1 month old. Doctors kept prescribing stronger and stronger steroid creams. We even stayed in the hospital for infected eczema. This balsam cleared everything after second apply. Could not be more pleased with the results and is steroid free!!!
