San Francisco Bay Compostable Coffee Pods - French Roast (12 Ct) K Cup Compatible including Keurig 2.0, Dark Roast

I am in love with this coffee! This is my first time trying it, and I'm not disappointed in any way. I tried Amazon Solimo Dark roast and the French roast. The French roast was good and I love a really Dark rich coffee, but it was just a little too strong and not as smooth. The Solimo Dark roast was good, but not dark enough for me Both better than store brand coffee starbucks ect I've tried them all! Now for San Francisco Bay coffee 😋 it is Dark yet not bitter at all! I travel a lot and have had some good coffee and I think this is actually one of the best I've ever had. I was a little unsure of the new design, but It comes in several packages I open one that has a few pods in it and put the rest in a zip lock bag. If you're hesitating don't!!! You won't be disappointed!!!

I am disappointed in the DECAF version of their Gourmet Blend. The first shipment was very nice and smooth and this shipment there is a problem with the roast -- it is very bitter and I ended up throwing away about 40 of the coffee pods because they gave me a stomach ache. I don't have this problem with the Kauai decaf or the Cameron's decaf breakfast blend. So I think it's a bad batch. The problem in buying bulk or food from Amazon is there is no return allowed and no credit beyond the return window anyway. I have gone to buying smaller boxes of coffee and paying more for this reason. Normally a good coffee but very disappointed with the recent shipment.

I love a hood smooth robust coffee. Espresso in Europe kinda coffee. It’s hard to find that in a pod here in states. This is hood though. Much better than expected. And no bitterness like a Starbucks and no burn like a Dunkin. I love the recycling ability of the pods. The Rainforest is my favorite. These will be my staple from now on. I do think it’s cheaper to buy directly from them. I found that out after I ordered through Amazon. I also think you can get a subscription service with them that saves a few more Pennie’s.

I definitely recommend this coffee and this company.Living alone, I like the convenience of a Keurig but feel so wasteful with all those plastic K-cups in the refuse bin. The idea of compostable pods is great, but taste is just as important. I've tried several different SF Bay blends. They're all tasty, but the Columbian Supremo is my favorite.Recently I received a one-day-only coupon from them, but I was at Buttonwillow Raceway for the weekend and the whole community had lost internet, so I wasn't able to order in time. I contacted their customer service and they quickly reached out to me. It took just one phone call and they honored the special offer despite its expiration date.The only thing that's unclear to me is whether the "industrial only" composting bag (that keeps the coffee fresh) belongs in my local "green" bin or not.As I said at the top: I definitely recommend this coffee and this company.

I am pleasantly surprised. Good cuppa joe! I have my faves, my "go to" coffees. So, took a chance based on a suggestion from a friend and online reviews. Solid "mellow" cup. Would definitely buy again. The packaging is a bit "out of the ordinary". No grounds in the cup is a good sign. Not bold...but...rather..."in the pocket" as far as medium/dark goes...more on the medium side. I won't rhapsodize about taste profiles as I am not an expert. Will say this....it's better than your average joe!

First and most importantly, no plastic in the water flow. I'd really rather not have any hot water contacting plastic and then ending up my cup. There is only filter paper on the bottom, so none of that. The coffee is as good as anything I have tried, including some of the higher end brands. I'm on my third case now, recommend it!

Been a huge fan of the San Francisco Bay Fog Chaser since we discovered it in 2017. My order history reminded me that I have purchased it 40 times (thanks to Subscribe & Save) in various counts for over 5 years. As much as I love the environmentally friendly packaging, the taste is what keeps me ordering this over and over. It’s medium-bodied, smells delicious and is a great start to every day. We have it at home, take it camping and have turned friends and family on to it, too. HUGE fan!

We are fans of San Francisco Bay coffee for quite a while, but this is our first time we tried the San Francisco Bay de-caf. It did not disappoint!In addition to the de-caf, other favorites include Morning Blend, French Roast and all the flavored varieties, especially the Carmel and the Hazelnut Cream.

The coffee flavour is excellent, however I have tried the pods in 3 different machines and the problem I have experienced is: the concave tops are not all at a uniform depth, therefore the piercing probe on the machines do not always penetrate the pod.Water is forced around the pod , not through it. My solution is to proceed as normal and then check to ensure pod is pierced. If not poke a hole in too where piercing Mark is and you will be ok.The coffee is full flavoured and delicious which is the only reason I didn’t return.I love strong tasting coffee and this is the best decaf I ever tastedPlease tighten the tops so the piercing part penetrates every time

So my last review basically said the French roast is amazing and I was disappointed I didn't get the variety packed I ordered.This time it came!! I am BEYOND stoked to try the rest of the roast flavors because I still believe that French roast was one of the best cups I've ever had. So far I have had the French and the Rainforest and they are both just supreme!I highly recommend this coffee. It's great bang for your buck when it comes to compostable cups and yes, even the bags the pods come in are compostable.Absolutely buy it: you won't regret it!

Just received the order. Some what disappointed with the flavor. Not as strong or bold as I would've expected it to be. Tastes like it's a bit watered down!! That's brewing it on a Medium setting (med cup). We like strong coffee flavor. We drink dark roast and espressos. Was looking for a decaf with a strong flavor. It is okay, just have to brew it selecting small cup.

Words can’t explain how much I love this coffee. It’s so good. So flavourful. Absolutely amazing. I plan on ordering like 10 more boxes. Seriously. The best!!!!

Anteriormente compré el Rainforest Blend. Estaba rico, pero un tanto amargo. Este fue el cambio que necesitaba. No está ni tan ligero, pero tampoco está amargo como el otro. Las cápsulas son compostables. Mi madre las usa en su hortaliza. Así no me siento culpable cada que tiro una cápsula de café de plástico usada a la basura. El café sirve como fertilizante natural para las plantas. Muy buena alternativa a otras cápsulas. Recomiendo mucho este café.
