My Husband has mobility issues and has been using these for quite a while. Unlike others, the plastic tab that is attached to the CAP actually lasts and doesn't eventually tear off. That's important as you definitely want to have a handy lid and not an open container. They are sturdy and well made. never leak and you can easily clean them. We replace them on a regular basis, just to ensure they keep fresh looking.
