Intesta-Zyme, My Dr told me about, It is what she takes. It has knocked out the flu and colds and has helped my whole family. As long as you catch it early the flu never shows it's ugly head in my house. Any tiny bit of a sore throat we take 4 to 5 at a time and it does away with all of the symptoms we were going through.
