Bought these for new shower room barn door, they were easy to fit, and look really good , not flimsy, look and feel industrial, but clean would recommend.

Looks beautiful on my sliding door

This is an incredibly solid and quite beautiful sliding door handle set. The diameter of the main handle is the chunkiest I've ever seen. It's so substantial I can imagine it being used on a barn door.The set is, however, let down by the finger pull that attached on the rear side of the door. It, too, is heavy and substantial, but it's not flush as claimed. two pieces of metal have been welded together to create the recess of the finger pull. The finger pull would therefore stand proud by a couple of millimetres. Okay, could be fixed by caulking all around the side of the pull.The worst aspect of the finger pull lies in the machining. The metal is razor sharp exactly where your fingers would pull on it. 100% guaranteed to cut fingers. Perhaps I received a one-off badly machined finger pull.It's a shame really, because, otherwise it's a beautiful set well worth the money. But no bad finger cuts are worth it's good looks. It was a no-brainer returning it.

This handles is being used for the door on the garden shed and is liable to stick under wet conditions. No problem so far but I think that it would have been far stronger to pull outward if it had been allowed to have been drilled through the door completely and then fixed inside with a suitable washer and a nut - simple. Plain screws (as supplied) will not take the strain in due course, GW

I bit confusing to fit but when it’s done it’s beautiful

With only two pre-drilled holes to contend with, this could not be easier to attach to a container lid. Simply select the appropriate screw (5.0 x 40 for this lid), pre-drill the wood, then liberally apply silicone or sealer to keep the rain and water out, screw everything together: job done!

Overall a good solid piece of kit but the 'flush fit' part of the handle doesn't sit flat on the door surface due to small weld projections on the back surface and a slight curvature, so, to make a good job of fitting you have to 'chisel out' small pieces of the door surface.
