I bought this item as a jaw trainer, and it’s become much more!! the shape of the silicone keeps the “bullet” firmly wedged in my jaw with no slipping sensations. The 3 different levels are accommodating to the different types of exercises you can do with them. level one is good for anyone struggling with oral fixation, fidgeting, even smoking or vaping potentially, it’s definitely helped me lay off the nicotine while sitting around or working. Level 2 I use in the morning when I wake up; when used in conjunction with neck stretches and exercises I’ve noticed a toning effect in my neck and “underjaw” area. Level 3 is great for combining with a full body work out. Working in the landscaping industry, I do a lot of heavy lifting, leaning, twisting and pulling. I also have a tendency to bite my lips and tongue while exerting, so the bullet bites ability to absorb that tension is a life (lip) saver. High grade silicone has no bitter taste or film that other products have. The carrying case keeps them clean when running around outdoors, and doesn't take up much room in the pocket; smaller than your average mint container.I would recommend these for anyone interested in overall body health and jaw activation, or with loved ones in a similar boat. These would also make a great gift! They even included a little sticker for my water bottle or laptop, very cute and thoughtful :)

I saw these on TikTok and thought I'd give em a try. They certainly feel like they are working. Cool design and I like that it came with different levels. The Level 3 is a bit hard so I'm sticking with Level 1/2 for now. Neat product!

I was really excited when I bought these and I used them for about 1.5 hours per day while commuting to and from work. Within the first 10 days, the first one cracked internally. From there, they kept breaking and ripping. I only had the product for 3 weeks and I just returned them. The pictures you see of tears and holes in other reviews are exactly what happened to my bites as well. You can feel the product working, but a $20 product that can’t last 20 days is just a bad product. Would not recommend

I noticed that I like to fidget with my mouth. I chew on pen caps and pencils. Chewing gum works but it doesn’t provide that same tough chew feel.. so I thought I should try these outIt’s clear to tell these jaw trainers were thoughtfully engineered.- they’ve got these little bumps that prevent them sliding between your teeth.- they’ve have a way to take them in and out of your mouth without your fingers touching your slobber.- the case is perfect for putting the jaw trainers in after using them and easy to clean.- they are really high quality, I’m not afraid to put them in my mouthThese are awesome to use and really help with oral fixations. Not expensive for what you get either. Plus hopefully they’ll make me look like Gigachad.

Product could be great. Giving 2 stars because the bullet bite broke after only 3 uses. The bullet bite popped a hole open at the end of it. Great product if they were durable enough to withstand use more than a few times, or maybe I recieved a defective product.

Purchased these bullet bites a few weeks ago & boy let me tell ya! Love that there is different options in resistance for wether I want higher repetitions through out the day with the orange or gray bullets or just a quick high strength exercise for my jaw with the black bullets! Overall, the bullet bites are super durable & effective. They are the perfect size to take with you anywhere you go! Will definitely be buying again!

My son has ADHD and this is definitely something that he needs to keep his mouth occupied. They seem to work very well.

This jaw exerciser is simple yet effective. The three resistance levels make it easy to progress, and the silicone is comfortable to use. After a few weeks, I’ve noticed better jaw muscle engagement and a more defined look. Definitely worth trying!
