Barley Straw Algae Control Pads for Ponds

Keeps my pond clear from algae and blanket weed, semi clear water you can see the bottom.

Very Slow to work maybe I need to add more but easy to use

These seem to work and help to keep pond water clear, however be aware of pieces of straw floating in the water.

hi as a pond keeper i do like the POND PADS to lay FLAT in my running water fall . so when they arrived theses were pond barley straw ROLLS not the pads i ordered as described

Cleaned out my pond completely of algae, re filled with fresh water and put two algae control pads in as instructions. Within ten days the algae was back, so I put in another two. That has made no difference, this product is utter rubbish don't even waste your time or money on them they do not work.

Quick delivery and very well packed. Does what it says, very easy to use and if you follow instructions you will have a healthy looking pond.

I have been using Barley Straw in my ponds for years to good effect. This seems ok but is, for some reason, infused with Lavendar. I was keen to avoid this as it is completely unnecessary. The product details do not state that it is infused with Lavendar.I will not be using it in my pond as I am not convinced that addition of an essential oil is particularly good for or efficacious to aquatic life. I have chucked it in the water butt instead and will order some from elsewhere.

Good natural product ,works well , this is not my first time of buying .
