Came with defective RAM stick, Asus do not provide great after sale support
One of the RAM stick was defective right from the seller, the computer froze or BSOD frequent, then after changing the RAM, the motherboard broke (not the seller fault), but Asus does not have great after sale support, they said they can't service it after the warranty expired, even though I am willing to pay, and there's nothing they can do.It is quite disspointing that they can't service 1 year old laptop, while other companies keep on supporting their products for years.
