I developed plantar fasciitis and haven't been able to heal it. I tried wearing some rock-hard plastic arch supports and the pain made it impossible to walk. I am trying these now. These are much more comfortable and I hope provide enough support. I like the full-foot support. These cup your heel and provide some arch support while providing a soft cushion. I've been wearing these for a week and my foot is improving. These fit in my shoes better than the rock-hard plastic ones, yet I've still sized up my shoe. I wear an 8 athletic shoe and have put them in a size 10. I don't think I need to size up this much but it's all I had.

I went through the process of putting these in the oven - the indicator didn’t change color so not sure if I got them hot enough. Put them in my work shoes and basically had to stand/walk for about 60 hours on a concrete floor (I’m a chef) the following week. I was pleased how my knees and back felt, but I lost feeling in the bottom of my left foot. Six weeks later about 70% of the feeling is back, hoping the rest does. You also should know that I also weigh over 300 lbs., so the nerves just might need to regenerate. Meanwhile I took out the left and put the original one from the shoe back in. Seems to be the best of both worlds.I decided it would be a good idea to contact the company and let them know my concerns. Marshall wrote back immediately and was concerned, asked if I had seen a doctor about the numbness. Meanwhile, he sent me a new pair of their memory foam inserts at no cost. I am very pleased with the new insoles and recommend the company for their quality products and great service

A friend of mine, uses these all the time, and advised me to try them… But they were too hard on my feet, and I need something softer… Otherwise, I’m sure they will work for some people

I’ve tried several insoles so know they are hard to review. No one insole right for everyone. I started using these because doctor had recommended and they are the best for me that I’ve used. I play tennis alot and these work in place of soles that come with tennis shoes. I have a higher arch and these are supportive for my feet.

Essentially a standard insole with pre-determined from. Heating process does minimal to change the form. Decent comfort due to the hard plastic bottom.

This intro is merely to show why this review is worth reading.Having seen all the great reviews for these inserts, plus poor reviews of Superfeet, I decided to try these. I’ve recently increased shoe size, which often happens with age, and just ordered new shoes from New Balance, the brand I’ve been wearing successfully for decades.These inserts are too thick, taking up necessary toe box space. As a result, power walking produced bruising of the left first distal metatarsal, and both big toes and second toes developed pain. This persisted even after any required "break-in" period for the shoes.Today, I swapped in an old pair of Superfeet. Proper toe box spacing was restored, and feet feel great after power walking.If you wear New Balance shoes—or have a shoe size that works perfectly—I recommend you find another insert.

I have had Plantar fasciitis from running on treadmill. I use these soles in all my soles. I recommend this brand of Form soles

I bought these as they were highly praised online for comfort for long periods of time (I am a chef, working in a kitchen for 12-14 hours a day) so I thought I would give them a go as I experience back pain quite often as an unfortunate result of genetics. However, after following the instructions and moulding the insoles to my feet inside the shoes I would be wearing at work, I felt nothing but discomfort and they actually caused me more back pain as well as pain in my legs.Absolutely would not recommend, especially for the price.
