Speed Training system
Been at it a few weeks. I do not have a club speed monitor so that may be the most helpful. Also, I would wish they came with a workout program. Other than that, the weights and the speed training system works well for me.

Tip flew off
The tip flew off mid swing over a busy road and hit a house across the street. I don't think I've used it over 100 swings.

Time will tell
After using the product for a few weeks it feels as if my swing speed is faster but only time will tell. I am still not hitting long bombs but have noticed a 5-10 yard gain.

Why pay more for the other speed sticks when this is all in one and is way less expensive!!! Fits in my golf bag too.
