Aquastrength Bells are only available in one resistance level which most closely compares to the Medium Resistance Bells. The Aquastrength Bells have an open handle design and provide slightly more resistance in linear movement patterns.

Q: I'm still not sure between the Medium and High Resistance Water Weights.

Most users will be better suited to the Medium Resistance, especially if you like to work at high tempo (HIIT style). Many customers actually have a set of both as it is easy to switch bells for different exercises or style needs.
