I started taking this supplement because my liver enzymes were a little higher than normal. I could tell a difference in y overall digestion after one moth. After 4 months, all of my numbers were within normal range. This product is well-priced and does what it says.

The Liver detox was easy to swallow, it seemed to be effective, will purchase again.

Feel good after taking every morning for 30 days. Adding these to my morning schedule routine. Taking multiple is a bit difficult to swallow but has giving me a good energy level. Seems to be efficient and good quality.

I took as directed for 8 days before the corners of my mouth started blistering. I can't say for sure it was from this product but once I stopped taking them, the sores went away. It could be just an allergic reaction to something in the ingredients. I thought I would mention for anyone that might have the same allergic reaction.

The ingredients are very comprehensive, and in very good dosages. Google milk thistle studies and you'll see a legitimate NIH 8 week study that concretely proves its efficacy, among others. Anyway, this product is great. I'd love to check enzyme levels tested before and after. If you took NAC in addition, I cant see a better chance at realistically improving liver function.
