I injured my lower back at a young age and have struggled now for over 18yrs. I got into the gym and went from 115lbs to 220lbs of pure muscle. At some point I injured my shoulder blades (muscles) and at least once a month I have sharp pains in my shoulders all the way up my neck. I place these cups all over my back and shoulders at least once a week for 5minutes and I have yet to have an issue. I still have issues with my spine but this can’t fix that only muscles. Works great!

I’ve had this for a while and for most part it worked great. The pump finally broke. It could be made with a little better quality.

Love this product. I have bought 3 of these sets. One for me and 2 for my friend. She uses the big cups on me. A couple of cups wouldn't vacuum but a light tug on the yellow ball made them start working. As for people having trouble, you need to seat the cup before vacuuming. Hold it firmly in place and the begin vacuuming

I ordered this two weeks ago, the first one arrived and the pump didn’t work. It wouldn’t create suction. I’ve used these before, so it wasn’t user error. I initiated a return and ordered a replacement which arrived yesterday. Same issue. When you hold the body of the pump up to a flashlight, you can see that there is something separated in the internal casing which makes it impossible to create suction. Don’t buy this brand.

I purchased this back in July and have only used it here and there. The 'gun' or pump is very easy to use and it is great that there are so many different sizes of cups to use. The problem is that the cups are very quick to crack. Even when following the directions, the top part of the cup (the part that attaches to the 'gun' -pump) continues to crack and we have lost approximately 10 of the cups so far. If the cups were a bit sturdier, I would totally give this a 5-star rating.

I was worried it was gonna be hard to use since the set is fairly cheap. I’ve used it about 20ish times now and they work well. Its been great accept my gf always wants me to cup her now
