The product is well packaged and has the QR code for the app and the instructions if required. I bought the one roll of 10M and had it up and working within minutes. The adhesive is very good and the strip is reasonably flexible for getting round corners.The customer service for this company is absolutely excellent. There was a slight problem with a couple of the functions not working through the remote control and I also has a query about adding a couple more meters to the strip. As soon as I messaged I got a reply saying they would replace the control unit to deal with the missing functions and have explained all about the different voltages and what length can be added with the power supply I have. I am very impressed with their customer service!The app to control the set is very good with the option to customise the lights, you can also set them to music or put them on a microphone so they react to your voice. It took me a few goes to get them onto the wi-fi, although I think that was my fault as I'm not that technical, but now they are added, they have a nice stable connection. I added them to Alexa with no problem at all.Very impressed and will purchase again from this company.

There's nothing to dislike. Think this is the third set I've bought of the Ubanner led strip lights. No, the others weren't faulty! They're still going strong in their respective areas scattered about my home. Everything from my children's rooms to my home cinema. They're a superb quality product. Extremely easy to fix with their strong adhesive backing and gloriously bright. And the product is improving, as these new leds seem sharper than the original set I bought back in 2018. These are destined to create a window surround in my daughter's room, but will be purchasing more as I have a hall and stairs project in mind. Would certainly recommend.

amazing lights and really bright the picture ive included show how bright they are, super easy to use, from unboxing to being able to control the lights with alexa took less than 3 minutes , it would have been quicker but i forgot to enable the skill with alexa, the quality is brilliant, if you consider these are only £25 for 10 meters compared to phillips hue that are £140 for 2 metters thats ridiculous. if your looking at buying some smart led strips don't look any further, i also love the fact these come with a standard ir remote as recently ive had issues with my broadband stop working and no internet = no alexa, so to have a way to control the lights when that happens, also the app has so many functions and effects for the lights its unreal

Having previously used LED light strips on the back of a TV, I started looking for lights with a black PCB when we changed our TV. These lights by Ubanner look much better on the back of a TV than the old white strips.The lights themselves are nice and bright and easy to control with the provided app. I have also connected some to the controller unit from my old lights and that controls them perfectly too.They were easy to apply and so far there is no sign of the adhesive coming unstuck.

What a pity that one of the two 5 meter runs of light only works for about 50cm as in the picture. What is worse is that there is no way to contact the seller to get this sorted out, so being disabled I will have to get someone out to remove it all just to send it back because it is faulty. Other selling platforms have ways to contact sellers so that problems like this can be solved efficiently.

Purchased 1 x 10m reel- worked great.Purchased and additional 2 x 5m reel and additional controller/ transformers etc- worked great. Until 2-3m of one of the 5m reels stopped working 2 weeks post install. Connector is good (or worked for 2 weeks).I cannot see anyway to return part or the items or request 2-3m (or just 5m) replacement without having to uninstall and return all. Shame, other than this- the product does everything it says.Ubanner- any suggestions?

Although the LED light's are nice and bright when lit the adhesive to stick them up with is crap. If you decide to buy this product would highly recommend you purchase some good quality clear double sided tape and some clear clips to fix these lights up with or they will end up on the floor. Also the end connection kept falling out of controller as it wasn't a very tight fit which was a pain in the butt until i used a good gaffa tape to stick the controller and end connector together.

Lights work fine if a little dim for the garden.work fine from the remote control but again range is maybe 3 metres.after downloading the app WiFi control for phone is absolutely useless.my phone will not find the lights via WiFi 9 times out of 10 but that's what we all get for buying low quality items from China.everytime you look on Amazon almost everything you search for is Chinese and it's made to last just longer than the journey I think!
