Broke down with very little use. NO ONE RESPONDS
Very disappointed! Expensive equipment and did not last at all! Very little use and it broke down. The worse part is that you can't reach out to anyone asking how to fix it and purchase the broken piece! This people just don't answer the phone! I hope I will get some assistance so I can edit this terrible review! I wish I could give it a CERO!

manufactured wrong, not level/square
Don't buy a home gym from Fitness Factory, they do not stand behind their product which is manufactured by Body-Solid it's junk. It comes all scratched and chipped. the main thing is the frame are welded wrong and not square. when you put the back and seat pad attachment's in the frame the seat is not level or square. you can hurt yourself because your form is not correct. They refuse to pay to return the defective product. they tell you to contact the manufacture which is Body-Solid and they did send me to more frame pieces that was real bad scratch and chipped up worse then the first frame but the seat was a little more level but was twisted to the right instead of the left but did not fix the back from being off center either. When the square tube for the attachment's is welded to the oval frame it is not square at all. Body-solid refuse to make it right. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM EITHER COMPONY
