This product is exactly what I needed to stop brushing and discomfort when doing heavy hip thrusts!The outer cover looks cool and is removable so probably could be washed if need be. The inner foam pad it thick and looks good quality.Would recommend!

This is a great barbell pad. Good for hip thrusts and bridges. I took one star off because I purchased the grey one previously and it was a lovely grey colour which I loved and expected to get again. The one I got this time was green.
