AWESOME! Best under-sink soap dispenser tool. Makes life easier & counter tops clutter free.
THIS IS ONE OF MY ALL TIME FAVORITE BUYS ON AMAZON...(And I buy a lot!) Awesome, awesome awesome invention & product!😍😍😍😎😎My kitchen sink pipes & garbage disposal leave no space to use a under the sink small soap bottle. (The plastic bottle is suppose to somehow fit behind that black pipe!)😞😟😕So for 20 years I've had to use a bottle of dish soap...up on the counter. No way could I crawl under there & constantly be refilling & replacing the soap dispenser bottle, as it was nearly impossible. I did do it twice like 20+ years ago. But it was so difficult to do. Another issue I had is thatI HATED SEEING THE DAWN BOTTLE THERE... ON MY KITCHEN COUNTER.( I wash dishes so often, then I get lazy, so I end up just leaving the bottle on the counter top.) Makes the area look messy. Well no more, finally .... I get to use my beautiful stainless steel soap dispenser and no more clutter on my counter top.Thank you!PsI'm a Developer & home builder... I now buy these for all my houses, because refilling the bottles from the bottom is just a pain. It's a special added treat that my buyers all love as well. Thanks again, great product, design and detail.Gina R

Great product with amazing customer service
We bought this extension tube kit as a replacement for one we'd bought years ago at Home Depot. It's so much better than our old one! Here's why we love it:1. The tube is soft and very flexible, so it allows us to position our soap bottle wherever we'd like. In the squishy space of an under-sink cabinet, that's a necessity. (Our previous kit had a rigid tube, which we found really annoying if we ever had to reposition or refill our soap.)2. It comes with two bottle stoppers that actually stay in place—even if they're too small for the mouth of the bottle. That's because the tops are flat, wide, and heavy. Their weight and width completely cover the opening of the bottle—even if they don't fit snugly in the neck of the bottle. (Our previous kit came with a cone-shaped stopper that never stayed in place.)3. The tube comes with a valve that helps the pump keep its prime. That way, the soap always stays in the tube, ready to pump out. No need to first get the air out of the line.4. Finally (and most importantly) the customer service is amazing. At about the two-month mark, I couldn't get the soap to come out, no matter how many times I pumped. I assumed it was the extension kit, and contacted Ultimate Kitchen to ask about the warranty. Cassie immediately sent me a new kit without hesitation—even though I live in Canada! However, it turned out in the end that the extension kit was fine and the problem was in the pump. So I offered to return the replacement kit that Cassie had sent to me. She generously declined and told me instead to keep it as a spare or to give to someone else.Additionally, since the pump was also made by Ultimate Kitchen, Cassie offered me a replacement pump. This cost her extra in postage since she had to send it to me in Canada—and yet she did it all happily!Cassie has been nothing but patient, polite, and responsive to all my messages. I'm so impressed, and I decided to write this review as a small token of my appreciation. Thanks Cassie and Ultimate Kitchen! This is a great product with amazing customer service. We'd highly recommend it to anyone.

Check the Direction Arrow of Flow on the Check Value
Works great, but make sure you check the direction of flow arrow for the check valve! The soap will only flow one way and there is a small arrow on the while check valve indicating the correct flow direction that I did not see the first time I installed it.The check valve did not fit though the soap dispenser, so I had to snake the rubber hose up from below and then put the ridge tubing that came with the soap dispenser into the supplied rubber hose with the extension kit, which fit it perfectly. The Extension Tube did not come with any installation instruction, but with the information above, it should install quickly.

Great product once installed!
I bought one of these years ago for my mom’s house & installation was a breeze. Finally got one for my own kitchen sink & it was much more difficult to get the hose threaded through the bottle stopper that fits into the dish soap bottle. That alone took 15 minutes simply because it was such a tight fit that I had to force it through bit by bit. I even took a chopstick and tried to open up the hole a bit more & then used the chopstick to help me force the tube all the way through. Once that was done, the rest was easy . Looking forward to never seeing soap bottle on the counter ever again. I would still buy this again though despite the extra hassle.

Did not work for me
I really wanted this to work, I spent 20 dollars thinking I would get better results as far as soap dispensing. I watched video , pretty straightforward easy install. I attached it to my existing soap dispenser pumped it over 50 times, but not enough soap coming thru, Very poor soap dispensing (weak stream). Update to my review, after reaching out to Ultimate Kitchen they sent me another unit since the check valve could have been defective. I installed new unit today and a big improvement on soap dispensing but to be fair I was getting more volume with my original bottle set up. I want to mention the customer service from the company was awesome and great follow up thru email ....I would recommend this set up, just might have to pump the dispenser twice instead of just once to get the right amount of soap and not having to constantly refill the bottle. thx update: I originally gave a 3 star due to lack of soap volume, well I decided to upgrade my old plastic 15 dollar soap pump to a nicer quality one made of solid metal that cost 30 dollars and guess what, the soap comes out just as advertised by ultimate kitchen. hope this helps some of you who are having trouble getting enough soap to dispense. thx

Best thing since siced bread
This product works great. I can now get soap directly from my large bottle without making a mess trying to fill up a small bottle. You have to press kitchen soap pump a few times for the soap to come up the line though. Great invention!
