Thought this would be great for my scanner since my rollers were old and needing replacing, and I didn't want to pay the outrageous price for the name brand. These worked fine for a few days so I discarded the old rollers. Now my scanner feeds multiple pages at one time or gives me an error that it has jammed every time I scan more than a few pages at a time. It never had these issues before replacing them. Because of my job I have a lot of multiple scans that are anywhere from 50 to 100 pages each. So loading only a few pages at a time is such a waste of time. Do not buy these. Now I have to order new rollers from the manufacture and deal with this until they come. NOT HAPPY WITH THESE AT ALL

Bought this for my Fujitsu FI-7160 for replacement parts. It didn’t come with detailed instructions which made me nervous but once I started I realized it didn’t need to be detailed. Super easy to install and we have several that could use replacing moving forward so will definitely be buying again!!

After several years of reliable use my Fujitsu fi-7260 stopped picking/grabbing the paper at the feeder. I replaced the rollers using this kit and it's back to 100%. I guess the rollers deteriorate slowly over a period of time until they just quit working properly. Anyway, this was a quick, inexpensive fix. I would definitely buy again. Tip: I did watch a YouTube video on how to replace the rollers. The video showed them using latex-type gloves. This looked like a bit of overkill to me. Just wash your hands well and avoid touching the rubber components as much as possible.

The brake roller straight from the get-go it was feeding multiple pages. The pick roller does not click in the holder. On inspection the locking tab is considerably larger than the tab on the original equipment roller. See pictures.

I bought this for a Fujitsu Scanner and it did not fit.

The rollers worked very well in our 7160s. We scan quite a bit of paper as that is a division of our business. We have been using these for two weeks now and no issues. I will be looking into their parts for 5950s.
