These ice gel packs are amazing. As they defrost the substance inside doesn’t melt to one side. As its gel it holds its shape and keep cold for ages and give good pain relief.

Size perfect for shoulder, maintains cold for 30 mins +, mouldable.I initially purchased this from a physio practice and after having a total shoulder replacement I have used this extensively. I would highly recommend.
