I have a FX6 canister filter and the bags that my media were in had begun to tear. I got these bags and was able to put my media in with no more problems. I like that they are heavy bags with zippers. Will make future filter cleanings much easier

I purchased the Aquarium Filter Media Bags with Zippers to hold carbon for my Penn-Plax Cascade 1500. They work well, but they are a bit smaller than expected, so I need to use two bags for each media tray. Overall, they get the job done, but keep the size in mind when ordering.
