ASATEX was founded 1982, at first as a GmbH. 1995 the change of corporate form to a joint stock company took place. In the same year we moved into our current company building in Bergheim near by Cologne, which has, beside the offices, a storage are of 8.500 m2 and a modern high rack warehouse. After the change of corporate and the relocation our business area stayed the same: Simply "Work Safety from top to toe, development, production and sales to specialised trade".
