6.5 pounds not 9 but still tastes like it should UPDATE !!!
Arrived on time but the weight should have been 9 pounds (approx) my one was 6.5 pounds in plastic and cotton wrap! So at least 2.5 pounds light of advertised, also a little over-cured (hard to cut/slice) I have eaten Serrano ham for over 30 years and although it tasted as it should it was still quite dry but it was the loss of 2.5 pounds of meat that hurt! On the other hand it was cheap and still a good deal.Would I buy it again......... Yes I think so, even if it is a bit light, it still tastes like it should.UPDATE:I ordered a second ham and pleased to say the result was much better, 3.8kg on arrival and much better in taste and moisture, still 4 stars but i think that is ok, it is worth a try and arrives inside a week from Spain. Very good for the price.
