Came totally broken up so I wasn't able to even taste it

The product was out of date

This actually is pretty good, and makes more to eat. The sodium is 2000 mg but you can cut it by putting twice the amount of water to boil it. I recommend it for families since it makes multiple servings with one set of noodles and seasoning packet. Goes well with any meat or veggie you want with it.

Add the necessary garnishes of meats, veggies and such in the right bowl, and its restaurant quality.

I was surprised that this “tonkotsu” is still vegetarian! Normally made with pork, I was reading the ingredients and the soup base is vegetarian friendly :)

No depth at all to the flavor. Mainly salt, I don't taste much else. I had to add chili oil, mirin, green onions, cabbage and seaweed to deem it worth eating. The noodles are also too thin for my tastes. 3 stars since it's cheap and you can fix up the flavor.Not sure where people are eating to make the claim this ramen is just as good as shops, but if this tasted like anything I purchased in a restaurant I wouldn't be a return customer to that establishment.
