High fibre
Price at review: £6.99Organic and from the UK, this is great stuff for using to make hot cereal, thickening soups or as a replacement for breading. I've also made some great muffins with it which also will be high in fibre. Well worth having plenty of fibre in your diet in my opinion.

Natural and tasty
Makes a very tasty and healthy porridge for my breakfast. I used a mix of milk and water and heated it in the microwave.I like that it's organic and natural. The resealable bag is very handy and keeps it fresh.

Flaky and lightweight
This Oat Bran comes in a 500g resealable zipped pouch. It has a flaky and lightweight texture, as it is essentially made up of the outer grain of oats, and therefore is somewhat different to normal porridge oats. It is quite coarse but the quality is very good and it also is a great source of wholesome fibre. I heated the oat bran up on the stove with some milk (water could also be used or other milk sources) for 2-3 minutes, before adding some fruit. It makes for a healthy and nutritious breakfast. It is also certified organic and vegan-friendly, as well as containing no GMOs.

Organic Oat Bran
Good quality British made organic ground oat bran in a 500g resealable bag from Trend Organic brand. Suitable for vegans but not for anyone with gluten intolerance or allergies to nuts, seeds, cereals and soya where these are in the same packing environment. Perfect for adding extra fibre to porridge or baking.
