Since taking them I feel like a marked difference in how I feel. Have not lost any actual weight but I do feel I've lost a lot of bloating. But I've also not gained any weight and my clothes are fitting better. Just haven't seen any weight loss yet. Overall, I'm happy with these gummies.

These work. The weight-loss is at a healthy rate. I've lost 20 lbs in 3 months, and I'm still loosing. As always, a healthy diet and exercise, nothing strenuous I walk my dog once a day and do a few situps. The more weight you lose the more energy you'll have.
