One of the best products I have purchased this month worth the money and has amazing features

Quality Good And do The Job but the Cable design is bad and short

The heat is very high and it not good for agarwood ; due to the heat the wood makes fire

It looks durable , I hope it will last long time.It’s very easy to use , no mess , very easy to clean .It turns off automatically when all the Bakhoor is burned with no bad smell .I didn’t try oud yet .I tried both with small and bigger amount.It depends on the smell density you prefer in your house and how big the area is.I tried other electrical burner (cheaper ) but it stopped working only after 5 days .I recommend.

I received a gift and using it everyday since 3 months. Honestly it’s a pleasure to use the device, the fragrances and our used on it are giving a strong smell and the way to use is easy.If I may said something negative : the words mentioned in English are not accurate but still when you become familiar with the item it’s a real pleasure to use it.
