as a fitness coach I look for quality equipment that I can use for a wide variety of movements. The hip circle is exactly that! So many people are lacking strength in their abductors and glutes. Love the workout with the resistance bands. The brochure makes it easy to follow and the link on line was even better. You can feel the burn all day so you know it is working. I like that it is a workout that fits into my morning routine that does not require drive time， and waiting on others， I can simply do the routine on my time in the morning， hop in the shower and get in the car to work. Does not add hours that I don’t have to get in shape. Fits into my life in real time. Am sure the results will be seen in the coming weeks!
